How to find Muscle Mechanics.

Muscle Mechanics is based at The Walled Garden, a personal training studio in Hildenborough, between Sevenoaks and Tonbridge in Kent.

The Walled Garden, Noble Tree Road, Hildenborough, Kent TN11 9ND

From Sevenoaks turn down the main Hildenborough to Tonbridge Road, turn RIGHT into Watts Cross Road (towards Hildenborough Station and the driving range) and then 1st LEFT into Noble Tree Road, the Walled Garden in 150m on Right. Follow sign past the nursery and to the down slope (another sign). The studio is a single storey building with green doors.

From Tonbridge drive out of town on the London Road to Hildenborough. Take the first left after Hildenborough church and Sackville school, into Noble Tree Road. The Walled Garden is the 3rd drive way on the Left.
